1. Eligibility for Returns
We have designed our policy to be fair and practical for you.

  • For Sealed/Unopened Products: If you change your mind, you can return any product with its original seal intact within 7 days for a full refund.

  • For Opened Products (Our Quality Check Guarantee): We understand you need to taste to believe! If you open a product and are not satisfied with its quality or purity, you may initiate a return within 3 days of opening.

    • Condition: At least 85% of the product must remain in its original container.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at official.khalisdukan@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at official.khalisdukan@gmail.com with your order number. Our customer support team will guide you through the simple process and provide our return address.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval.

  • Method: You will be refunded via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa to your preferred account.

5. Important Exceptions
For the safety of all customers and to prevent misuse, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products with less than 85% content remaining.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
